Queer and Poly-Affirming Telehealth Therapy in California
I offer online therapy to adults anywhere in California. Whether you live in a city with a visible queer community or a town where you know very few people like you, you deserve a therapist who already understands your identity and your relationships, so your time in session goes toward what brought you in.
Licensed in California (LMFT #154647) · Telehealth only · Individuals and relationships · Private pay, superbills on request · Free 15-minute consultation
Who I work with
My practice centers LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse adults and people in consensually non-monogamous relationships, including polyamorous and kink-involved clients. I also work with neurodivergent adults, and I see individuals as well as Dyadic and Triadic+ relationships.
California by the numbers
California is home to about 1.5 million LGBTQ+ adults, more than any other state.
In two national samples of single U.S. adults, more than one in five reported having been in a consensually non-monogamous relationship at some point in their lives.
Even in a state with large queer communities, many people still end up with a therapist who treats their identity or relationship structure as the problem instead of the context. Affirming care starts from a different place.
How I work
Much of what people bring to therapy has grown in isolation, and undoing that aloneness is at the heart of my work. I draw on AEDP and IFS, so we pay close attention to what happens between us as we talk and get curious about the different parts of you, including the ones that have worked hard to protect you.
My doctoral research examined internalized transphobia, discrimination, and distress among transgender and gender-expansive people. That grounding in minority stress shapes how I understand the weight of living in a world that was not built with you in mind.

Serving clients across California
Los Angeles and the Southern California coast Online therapy for adults from Long Beach to the San Fernando Valley, with no commute between you and an affirming therapist.
San Diego County Affirming telehealth from Hillcrest and North Park to North County and the South Bay.
Inland Empire and the Temecula Valley This is my home region. Riverside and San Bernardino counties cover a lot of ground, and therapists who are fluent in poly and kink-involved relationships can be hard to find nearby.
San Francisco Bay Area Telehealth for San Francisco, Oakland, the East Bay, and the South Bay, for people who want a therapist already familiar with queer and non-monogamous relationship structures.
Sacramento and the Central Valley Affirming online care for Sacramento, Fresno, Bakersfield, and the many communities in between, where queer and poly-affirming providers are often fewer and farther apart.
Northern and rural California From Redding and the North Coast to the Sierra foothills, telehealth means you do not need to live near a major city to work with an affirming therapist.
As long as you are physically located in California during each session, we can work together.
