Queer and Poly-Affirming Telehealth Therapy in Washington
I offer online therapy to adults across Washington, from the Puget Sound to the far side of the Cascades. Wherever you are in the state, you can work with a therapist who already understands queer identity and non-monogamous relationships, without needing to teach them first.

Who I work with
I work with LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse adults and with people in consensually non-monogamous relationships, including polyamorous and kink-involved clients. My practice also includes neurodivergent adults, and I see individuals along with Dyadic and Triadic+ relationships.
Many of the people I work with are navigating questions about desire, kink, or relationship structure, and those conversations are welcome here.
Washington by the numbers
About 6.9% of Washington adults identify as LGBTQ+, nearly 400,000 people and well above the national estimate of 5.5%.
In two national samples of single U.S. adults, more than one in five reported having been in a consensually non-monogamous relationship at some point in their lives.
That is a lot of people who deserve a therapist fluent in their lives, and they do not all live in Seattle.
How I work
A great deal of what people bring to therapy has developed in isolation. At the center of my work is undoing that aloneness. I draw on AEDP and IFS, so we stay attentive to what is happening between us in the moment and bring curiosity to the different parts of you, including the ones that have worked hard to keep you protected.
My doctoral research studied internalized transphobia, discrimination, and distress among transgender and gender-expansive people, and that understanding of minority stress is woven into how I practice.
