Queer and Poly-Affirming Telehealth Therapy in Oregon
I offer virtual therapy to adults across Oregon, whether you live in Portland, Eugene, Bend, or a small town hours from the nearest affirming provider. Finding a therapist who understands your identity and your relationships should not depend on your zip code.

Who I work with
My practice centers LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse adults and people in consensually non-monogamous relationships, including polyamorous and kink-involved clients. I also work with neurodivergent adults, and with individuals as well as Dyadic and Triadic+ relationships.
Oregon by the numbers
Oregon has the highest share of LGBTQ+ adults of any state, about 7.8%, or roughly 253,000 people.
In two national samples of single U.S. adults, more than one in five reported having been in a consensually non-monogamous relationship at some point in their lives.
A large community does not guarantee easy access to affirming care, particularly outside the Portland area.
How I work
Much of what people bring to therapy has grown in isolation, and a core part of this work is undoing that aloneness. I draw on AEDP and IFS, which means we pay close attention to what is happening between us as we talk and get curious about the different parts of you, including the ones that have worked hard to protect you.
My doctoral research looked at internalized transphobia, discrimination, and distress among transgender and gender-expansive people, and that lens on minority stress informs everything I do.
